I WOULD BE VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT RENTING HERE,DUE TO MANAGEMENT CHANGE,LOTS OF MISTRUTHS, AND FAVORTISM RELATING TO COMPLEX RULES.PROBLEM ISSUES NOT TAKEN SERIOUSLY BY MANAGEMENT. POLICE ARE SUMMONED TO PROPERTY MANY MANY TIMES A WEEK.
