Ok, first of all I want to say that these anonymous guys have posted everywhere saying bad things about every complex around. I think it's just another complex's manager trying to give everybody a bad name because I've lived at Alderbrook and none of those things occur.

So far the police came 3 times while I've lived here (about 2 years), and the place is safe. The apartments are small, and the price is too high for what you get, but it's still not that bad. The management that I've lived under has been very good, and the staff is very friendly.

The move in specials are good, but after your lease is up the price goes higher and higher...
