The area is ok except that to many on section 8 live in the complex and have other people not on the lease with them. When office management is informed of problems or future problems dealing with issues concerning other renters, then it seems to me that the person reporting the problems becomes the one who is causing trouble. The other problems are that Michelle who is the manager in charge at this complex seems to have a I DONT GIVE A ---- ATTITUDE!!!!Since Brandy left the apartments Alderbrook has gone to Hell!!!There is no neighborhood watch in affect anymore, so whatever goes on seems to have a blind eye effect in this complex. Bldg G is the biggest problem in this complex with Drug dealers, Lesbians kissing in the park and doing things outside in front of our neighborhood children, Drugs are a common thing in the G bldg from about 10pm to 3 am you can see when they are being purchased and used. And let's not forget the gossip!!!Here at The Alderbrook Apartments we should have our own newspaper dealing with just Gossip, certain folks in the complex cant stay quiet!!!!!!!!!!
