theese are very ncie apts for the price, there are some crime issues and a couple noisey neighbors but overal for the seattle area theese appts are nice for the price and very well kempt.the manage ment is very nice and accomidating.
i have had no crime issues with my car or appt.come come very niceplace you'll be pleased.
i ama fulltime student and the commute to bellevue is good.
the neighbor hood is ok but not the best.

I agree. Have lived here for 2 years. I have heard from local law enforcement that there are much worse places to live in Kent. We have a serious problem with kids playing in dumpsters are screaming in the stairwells all hours of the day. I hope the kids didnā??t step in my cat crap I threw in there. You would think the parents would stop them, I saw this one lady who looked like a mother helping the kids look for junk. Its very disgusting. Other neighbors have complained about the noise. Also, parking has become scarce. There is no regulated parking here so you park where you want. I believe a lot of people are taking advantage of this. Having several cars stored at their leisure leaving no parking spaces for others. Could be worse could be better. It's Kent after all. |
