I am a former resident of Alderbrook and made the mistake of signing a one year lease. When my lease was up I couldn t move out of there fast enough. My time there was a nightmare from move-in to move-out.

The units themselves are nice and reasonably priced and when I moved in there weren t many residents. However, that quickly changed and I found myself surrounded by the unemployed menaces to society. I was on a second floor unit sandwiched between a heavy walker, moaner, and general jerk upstairs and a drunk, door slamming, fight at all hours of the night loser downstairs. It seemed I was the only one who needed any sleep, so that I could get up for work the next morning! I had to call security so many times it was pointless and management was just as ineffective. The scary part is that almost every time I came home, I could count on seeing a police care, or fire truck, or ambulance.
