i lived there for a year and a half and liked it for the price. the layout was a bit screwy, but i didn't mind it just for me. parking was a nightmare..the brothel/drug house below me was equally atrocious. the kids would ride their bikes through the cars, and on numerous occasions, i would have large scratches in my paint.
also, i had my car tires slashed twice. right...like i believe that. anyway, if you can stand the ghetto people then yeah i guess. i hear it's WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better then the hell hole across the street. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

This property is a good property. The management has recently changed, so I am not sure how good it is now. I used to live there, and yeah there were a few people that were noisy. The apartments are well maintained and for the price in Kent they are nice apartments. I never felt unsafe and walked through the property plenty of times at night. It is close to the freeway, Kent station and food/entertainment/etc. I would live there again.
