I have lived here for almost two years now and seen just about everything......For one the almost pretty much segregate people almost by "bad people" in the far back and in the front "good people".

Then you got the little hellions riding, running, throwing balls in the parking lot like its one big play ground.

All the while your cars are getting scratched, dented, or broken.

Then the office wont do anything.

Speaking of the office they had said one year no fire works on the main road or in the apartment complex "there will be consequences" and everyone and there mother were out there setting them off.

They never did anything about it go figure.

You can never find parking cause all the "visitors" coming and going doing god knows what.

People still bbq with charcoal not propane.

Most neighbors are noisy all the way up to the time they have to stop at night.

I have had beer bottles thrown at my door at night cause I drove threw there fire work area.

I have had someone throw a dirt clog or rock at my sons window at night, and that one was for no reason.

So I don't recommend living here but the pricing ok.

So if you can stand the bullSH*T your good to go.
