I've lived in here for about three years and haven't found a lot to complain about. I did prefer the old management better...they were much more friendly and knew what they were doing. The new management is ok but the staff is a little flighty. I reported on a Saturday that my sliding glass door wouldn't close all the way and could they fix it quickly as I didn't want to leave my things unprotected while at work Monday. Fortunately, I was able to fix it myself because they didn't show up until Monday afternoon. They've also "forgotten" to leave messages that they're holding mail for me--I found out when I called the company I was expecting the items from and they verified they had sent it and gave me date, time and the person who signed for it. I will say this for them....when I signed my new lease, they didn't raise my rent at all and they are fairly quick at fixing things. My one major complaint would have to be the parking...it sucks big time. People are constantly backing into parking spaces (which is not allowed) which I actually wouldn't mind except that people don't know how to back in and they end up taking two spaces. There's also a semi trailer that parks there occassionaly which takes up three or four spaces and management does nothing about it. People are constantly parking in the one handicapped space who have no legal right to park there and, again, management does nothing about it.
