I've lived in these apartments for almost four years and used to enjoy it when the old management was here since they pretty much left us alone. This new management is unbelievable!! First they change the name to Ashton Springs (like that'll change the fact the apartments are going downhill), they fail to enforce handicapped parking, they let the maint. people work at unreasonable hours (not uncommon to wake at 7:00 or 7:30 to the sound of a leaf blower or lawn mowing) and now we have to return a "remittance form" with our rent check or the check won't be accepted. And recently we were given 48 hour notice that they would be inspecting the inside of each apartment for "molding, apartment cleaniness, etc." On the plus side...the have begun to accept credit and debit cards to pay rent and the ladies in the office are all pretty nice as are the maint. men. But now that they've started these surprise inspections....I'm seriously considering leaving once my lease is up. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
