What are these people talking down the inspections for' They must really have something awful to hide if they don't want their apartment inspected. Since the new management has taken over they've painted, put in a brand new hot tub & not to mention now accepts credit & debit cards. The office & maintenance staff is wonderful, they always greet you with a big smile & hello!!! I espically love those Otis Spunkmeyer cookies they serve, there's always a fresh cup of coffee & a cookie waiting for me when I visit the office. The crime rate is not bad here, just call the KPD, they'll tell you. The office staff encouraged me to do so when I first moved in. They grounds are beautiful & it is very peaceful.
I plan on living at Ashton Springs for a long time & I thank whoever left the web site for apt ratings in my mailbox so everyone will know what a GREAT place Ashton Springs is to live. Everyone should make their home at Ashton Springs!
