I can't say that Ashton Springs is the best place to live (I'd rather live in a house) but I can say that I'm happy here & that this is the nicest apt community that I've ever lived (I've been here for 3 yrs.)out of the 5 apt communities that I've lived in Kent. Inspections weren't bad, I don't know what everyone's complaining about unless they don't like to clean up after themselves & live in a clean apt (without mold, there are some people who don't mind living like that, who are lazy and don't know how to put their dishes in the dishwasher & clean their bathroom & let mold grow up their walls, filthy people).

The staff is really nice as well as the maintenance men. They have always been friendly & helped me out whenever I've needed it. Some people just like to complain about anything & everything. My question is why are you still living here if you're not happy, you can move.

Ashton Springs is a very nice apt community, there isn't alot of problems with crime & cars being stolen (I've called the KPD after reading other reviews). I would reccomend anyone to live at Ashton Springs.
