I have lived here because the rents cheaper than most places. But I plan to move soon. But I don't know who these people are that are writing all this crap here about how good it is to live here. They must be friends of the manager or work here. Ashton Springs is in the ghetto and our cars get broken into all the time here. It is true that our rec center has to be locked up and have an attendant because the neighbors kids in here will trash it if they don't. All that stuff about the swimming pools last summer was true too. They were ice cold and had bitchy attendants there that yelled at people all summer. The people working in the office here are only out for a buck any way they can get it. And they treat tenants like crap. My apartment is clean but I still don't want the manager to come in and look at all my stuff when I'm not home. What kind of people do they rent to here that they half to worry about them trashing their apartments' That should give you a clue about the neighborhood. And it is all true about the parking, there isn't enough spaces for all the tenants. Alot of times I can't get a parking spot when I come home.
