I've lived here for a little over three years and although I have to admit that I liked the former owners better.....I like the new office staff better -- they're much friendlier. The great thing is that they now accept credit and debit cards which make paying rent a lot easier. They're also quick to fix something (even repeatedly if necessary as my laundry room door kept falling off). The few complaints I do have are minor compared to some of the other apartments on this site -- I hate that the maint. men can work (loudly) in early hours (not uncommon to be woken up at 7:00 or 7:30 to mowing ,leaf blowing, etc)and the parking leaves a lot to be desired. I wasn't real thrilled when they did the surprise inspection even though I understood and had nothing to hide but I had to take the day off of work since I don't like people in my apartment when I'm gone (bad experience at another apartment with maint. men left alone in my unit)--surprisingly though the inspection lasted a total of maybe 1 minute and I guess I passed since I haven't heard anything. All in all, it's been a pretty pleasurable experience and you can't beat the rent.
