Incompetent management

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I lived here for 2 years. The jacuzzi was never working, the air freshner in the rec building was toxic, and the management was often either uncaring or incompetent. My neighbor (nice new extended cap pick-up) used the handicap stop as his own personal space. The old management (when Samantha was here) was excellent.
Maintainance was great...the only quality people still there.
