To the "Disclaimer". I have read the complaints in here about this apartment community. I have recently moved out of Ashton Springs and I can tell you for a fact that whoever wrote these complaints is telling the truth. On other apartment communities I've lived in in the past and read the rating on this site about them, those complaints are all pretty factual as well. I think the best way to use this information is to look for the apartment communities that don't have alot of complaints written about them on here. That would indicate that they don't screw alot of tenants and get them pissed off enough to write a complaint about them on here.
