I have lived here just over a year and it's at least better than some other apt communities, though I am not happy that my rent jumped over $100.00 a month (got in on a special last year and the huge increase in rent is based on what I would have paid). I did get a months free rent, though, with signing a new lease. I live in a corner unit, by the trees, and it's not as noisy as some areas. I don't mind the surprise inspections since I have nothing to hide and the management/maintenance staff are pretty decent. It would be nice to have assigned parking and be given free paint for touchups to the apartment. They need to have a different summer worker in the pool area as she was not too pleasant to deal with/she was really rude to me and my children for absolutely no reason.
