I haven't had any problems with theft or having my car broken into like some of the other people. This is a very large community, so I guess it all depends on the part of the property you're on. The area I live in was very nice when I first moved in, but as the summer months approached, it got louder with people keeping their windows open and blasting music, and kids standing around in the parking lot bouncing basketballs until 9:00 at night. I also notice teenagers sneaking out into the woods and once looked back there to see beer bottles EVERYWHERE.

The management has been very nice and pleasant, and maintanence usually comes over right away to fix or inspect a problem you have. The apartment itself is nice, although it didn't seem like they did much cleaning when the old tennants moved out, because I could smell pot and found a few buds in the carpet from the marijuana. I had to clean and vacuum the carpet vigorously before we moved anything in because it was smelly.

The rest of the apartment was very nice, though. The provided washer and dryer have always worked, and I haven't had any problems with anything.

My biggest complaint, however, would be the fat ----- cow who works at the rec center. Half the time she ISN'T EVEN THERE, and when she's gone, she locks the deadbolt so you can't get in even if you punch in your access code. It would be one thing if it was after hours, but she does this during the posted hours! When she IS there, she is extremely rude, and dispite how many times people have complained, she still works there. Works is an overstatement. All she does is sit in that chair, read a book, and listen to the TV. One time, I came in there and turned the TV off because no one else was in the weight room, and the TV was loud and annoying. When she came back from her "break," she yelled at me for turning off the TV - even though it's supposed to be there for the tennants!!

I'd give this apartment community a much higher rating if they'd get rid of that woman and hire someone who can at least PRETEND to like their job.

Oh yeah, if you live in an area that isn't by the entrance, don't even think about having decent landscaping. I live near the back by the woods, and all the grass is dead because they don't bother to water over here.

Also, I hope you like fireworks, because there are stupid kids setting off fireworks in the woods during the summer, and nobody does anything about it.

Despite those problems, I would still recommend the apartments. They're affordable, they look nice, you get a nice rec center where other apartments have nothing, and the staff (not including the rec center cow) is pleasant.
