I've lived here almost four years and haven't had a major complaint about the apartments, management, or maint. Whenever I've had problems maint has always come fairly quickly and I think the office staff is pleasant to deal with. My only problem are the unsupervised kids. There have been a few times that I've had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting someone's kid who either ran in front of me or rode his/her bike in front of me. During the summer, these little sweethearts enjoyed playing on the cement at the entrance and wouldn't move. Newsflash parents: Teach the darlings some common courtesy and politeness! But, other than that I would definitely recommend the place.
