I've lived here for 4 yrs and for the most part have enjoyed it until recently. New neighbors moved in the apartment above me and since they've moved in they insist in playing their music at an obnoxious volume at all hours of the day and night plus they walk (well, more like stomp around) all the time with absolutely no regard to us. they're music has been so loud that thay've actually jarred a picture off the wall. I complained to management about it after attempting to contact the neighbors themselves. Management called them and told them which apartment complained which in turn made the neighbors mad. They came down and told us that in the future if we had a problem with them then we should just come up and tell them. Well, nothings changed and they have become more obnoxious. I'm giving my 30 days when its time to renew my lease. I refuse to live in a complex where the management 'tattles' on you and causes problems.
