I don't live here but I do live in an apartment. There are no vacancies in my complex and I have been reading these reviews, looking for a decent place for a friend moving from Oregon. I just want to say to the Downstairs people. You sound horrible and I am so glad you are not my neighbors. I feel so sorry for anyone who lives near you.
