I have lived here for just over 2 years and just recently moved into another apartment. It seems that things have gotten worse and it takes forever for anything to get done. It's too bad that Greg comes off as not even caring about getting anything done or having his guys get things done. I also don't appreciate telling the front office about a problem and they have me stand there for 5 minutes while they talk to a perspective new tenant about the specials for the month. It seems that the only way that I can get anything done, quickly, is if I complain loud enough (which I really don't like to do). I really like Sandy and Julie, in the front office, as they seem to really care! If I was recommending this complex, to anyone, it would be because of them and not the problems with maintenance and noisy neighbors, etc.....
