We have been here for four years. We have seen three different managers and many different so called leasing agents. The one constant has always been Greg and his maintenance crew. I have never seen anyone take so much pride in his job and get no respect or gratitude in return. The harder they work the more they have to deal with. Every time they get the property looking outstanding people try to ruin it. BUT...you never catch Greg without a smile on his face. He is always willing to help out and knows all the residents and kids by face. They try SO hard and still get knocked around.

Recently there has been a nice lady cleaning the Rec Center and Laundry rooms. I am sorry that I don't know her name...I stopped her one day and thanked her...I had never seen the laundry room look so nice. She told me that everyone should be able to have a nice place to wash their clothes and that she took pride in her job - If she was going to do it - She was gonna do it right.

I found out that she will no longer be here. That once again the new manager came in and replaced everything. Now what - Back to not caring'''

I read these reviews and everyone knocking the property BUT I think that if everyone took the pride in this complex that Greg & his crew do and this young lady did that we would all have nothing but nice things to say about it! I love this complex - It is a beautiful place. I just wish that Management was smart enough to know when they have great people working for them.
