It's about the money, not the people who live there

Since I have been a resident, there have been three management changes. Dealing with the not so experienced current office staff, is truly a challenge. No one seems to know exactly what is going on. It would appear that who ever answers the phone basically wings it with their knowledge of nothing. What exactly does it take to become a leasing agent, assistant manager, manager if there are no people skills' Why does the staff continue to subject tenants to rhetoric when all anyone is asking if for information and truthfulness'
There have been many break-ins in this particular complex and management has yet to get it together to make it a safer community. One posting went out to residents in October 2005 referencing a meeting with the local police department and nothing has come of it. Doors do not get fixed properly after a break-in, leaving the tenant to accomplish this. Living in a large community such this could be much better, but it appears that the Company that owns this property and the management of this property are only in it for financial purposes and that collecting rents is the only thing required. Knowledge of the business and good customer service evidently are no longer a requirement for that particular type of employment. All must have had a class in patronizing and being condescending.
