I moved here from Renton, where I was living in the complex from hell, so I guess anything is better. That said........
1. I can always find parking in front of my building
2. My apartment is pretty, affordable, and has all the amenities I want for less than I paid before.
3. I don't have people knocking on my door and soliciting me.
4. The pool is generally open and clean and fun to swim in.
5. The people I've met here that are residence are really nice.

EDIT: 5/6/07 Still here, still love it. Sad my rent is going up, but it's worth it to live in a clean, beautifully maintained complex. I'd encourage anyone to come take a look and see for themselves.
