I live here. Signed new lease in July, and now have to have rent payed by the third of each month. Asked of they could hold rent check 1 day. Turned check in on the third. Was told by the staff it was OK. Came home from work the next day and there was envolope on door stating from the manager that they held my check for 1 day, but now I owed a $75 late fee for 1 day. This should have been told to me up front. I consider this robbery. I called the manager the next day an she acted as thought we were not her customers. I told her that one of here staff had told me it was alright. She said that her and the person on her staff had talked about it, but that he had not given me permission to do that.
I asked her if she was calling me a lair and she said yes. This is very very sleazy.
I have filled out at least 5 different work orders to have the molding in my bathroom fixed. It never has been fix.
I had water pouring through my bathroom light one Saturday morning and all the leaks in the sheetrock have not been fix yet.
I told the staff about it and nothing has been done.

This complex seems to have the police here all the time. Very noisy and dirty.
My lease is up in June of 2007 and if I can wait that long I will not be leasing here again.
I highly recommed not living here ever.

SLEAZY is exactly the word that best describes that management there right up to the top, their corporate. I hated living there, you've described it pretty well. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I totally feel your pain. I cant wait until my lease is up. I live on a pretty quiet section of the apartments, so the noise is not the reason I want to move. It is the management. Also, I put a work order about my toilet and 2weeks latter I get a nock on the door for someone to fix it. My neighbor works all of the office hrs. and cant put a work order in except over the phn and management will not work with him at all.
