Good place to raise a child

I have a 4 year old and I like that fact that he can place outside the apartment with the other children in the parklike area away from cars and traffic. The parents in the area kindof supervise the children the environment is safe. It is a very secure environment that enables me to sleep soundly at night and not have to be on alert. The management is very friendly and work orders are handled promptly.
