I recently moved out and had lived there for 2 years. I had 3 water leaks in my apartment also. It seems that that is huge problem with the complex! I've heard from other tenants that they have had larger problems with water leaks. The place has gone down hill within the last few months! The maintenance guy, who had worked here for years, got fired and we no longer have anyone to depend on. The parking lot has been a mess and there is junk everywhere. The only positive thing about the place is the manager! She is helpful and compassionate, but can't do more because of the management company.
