We have been living in this junk for over 3 years. They are recently starting to do a little outside maintance to make the place look better and trick other people to come rent their place. This place has a lot of water leak problems, and we recently move to a new condo... we just got a bill from the apartment and they charge us $710 for repairing!!! What the FxxK'!' We have never been charge for anything from other apartment and we always get refund back because we clean the place very well before we moved out. This place charge everything and make up stuffs for extra charge. We have cleaned a place so well, we understand that wall and carpet charge because of the dogs, but then they add fee like, door is dirty, sink is dirty, window, wall, kitceh, deck are all dirty!! Pretty much everything you can think of are not satisfied by the management. When we first move in, the palce is not that great of a shape already. now they charge us even though we cleaned them. The maintance fixed out closet a while ago and left a few scratches on the wall, now they come to us and tell us to pay for the scratches!! Also, when we first move in, they accept all dogs, no breed limit. My neigbor downstair has a pitbull and they tell them to get rid of the dog within 10 days because of their NEW RULE!! They also tell everyone if they arent picking up the dog poop, all residents are going to pay $25 a month for the pet fee and they are going to take away the dogs payground area. Do not live here!! they are SCAMMER!!! for those who have already live in this place, I would recommend them to either take picture before you leave the place and maybe in the future hire a lawyer to fight for the comphensation or DONT CLEAN THE APT AT ALL!! since they charge for everything!

when i moved in linda told us to write down every little thing wrong on our move-in inspection...scratch on the wall, paint chip, etc. she told us that they were extremely picky and scrutinize everything when you move out... so we did, hopefully we don't get too big of a fine, but we're not too worried. the last place i lived at charged us $2000 for new carpet even though we had a pet fee which we paid for which was to cover it. it took a few months but they finally agreed that we were right and settled it. i dont mind living here, but am already moving in a few months since the price per sq ft isnt too great here

WHEN LINDA BECAME MANGER SHE TOLD US TO WRITE THE SAMETHING WRITE DOWN ALL WRONG THINGS IN THE APT SO WHEN U WRITE THE LIST NOTHING WILL GET DONE TO FIX EM BUT @THE END WHEN U MOVE THEY ---- U OVER AND CHARGE U ALL KIND A ---- NOW THE NEW MANGER IS here things a RUNING PRETTY SMOOTHLY SHE IS NOT ALWAYS PISSED OFF LIKE LINDA WAS SHE LINDA COULD NEVER GET ALONG WITH PEOPLE ALWAYS GOSSPING ABOUT THE RESIDENTS BUT ABOUT THE WATER LEAKE YES THERE A ALOT OF THAT HAPPEN AND YES THE RENTS DID GO UP WICH I DONT THINK THEY SHOULD OF THESE APT NEEDS AOLT OF FIXING UPS OTHER THEN LOCTION IS NICE WE LOVE THE TRAIL LOVE RIADIN OUR BIKES

Its a terrible scam? that you lived in for 3 years? If it was so bad why did you stay so long? that's like eating an entire steak and then complaining about it...
