I have lived here for a very long time, and the managment is great! We didn't think is was going to get better when Linda left but it did! The new manager and the maintenance guy are really keeping the property up, and the units as well. I have heard of the pit bull, but the only reason for the notice to get rid of the dog was because it tried to attack people. Yes there was a noitice to pick up after your pet, because no one was doing it, and the poor maintenace guy was out there picking up after people. The units are kept up on, and those other people may have been charge all those charges because they did not clean as well as they thought. Anyway you should live here! Nothing happens here no police activity no drugs no partys, it is a great place to live and raise a family!!!

There are 6-8 police cars parked in the parking lot about a month ago and arrest some guy in the apartment. My neighbor came home at night and got gun point and the police found that the gun was loaded. Parking is always been a problem, visitors park their cars anywhere they want and if residents found someone move out, they took their spot and claim it as theirs. Everytime when there are storm, this apt will be the first one out of power and the last one to get taken care of. Asking for repair 3 years ago and they previous maintaince guy kept delaying it and had never repair anything until the day he got fire. The new one is nice but cant catch up with all the repairing fast enough because there are way too much problems in this apt and they only hire one person to do all the job. Do Not Live There.

yes i did here about the police cars, but it wasn't anyone who lived here.Get you story straight! I saw everything that happened. As for your storm. that is a act of nature not the apartment's fault that you lost power. ALl the maintenance guy can do is work on one unit at a time. and parking has never been a problem as long as you tell the management about it. They take care of it. They cannot do anything about previous management, all they can do now is in the present. They cannot read your mind.

If you lived there for that long, you must be on drugs! I lived in this apartment complex for three years and there was a lot of police activity! One night there was a drug bust and the police brought their dog to search for drugs in the cars throughout the complex. My husband also found syringes outside our building. And one of our neighbors was robbed at gun point in the parking lot! I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone! The constant flooding because of the poorly built waterpipes is one of main reasons for the bad recommendation. Our apartment flooded seven times because of this. The maintenance guy couldn't keep up with the constant water damage to the apartments. Just before we moved out, there was a huge flood in the apartment by us. The fire department was called to turn off the water to the apartment. It was flowing out of the apartment above the office into the parking lot from the second floor! The maintenance man had just gotten fired for hurting his back on the job and we didn't have a maintenance person at the time. Because I have friends that still live there, I hear that the new maintenance man is a heavy drug user. It would be interesting if he could pass a drug test!

I have no idea what everyone is talking about. I've been here over a year and have not had a single problem. Yeah there were cops a month ago but it was not a resident, it was a car that was trying to run from the police and was stupid to pull into a dead end. We haven't had any major problems and always got our minor things fixed quick from the maintenance guy. My problem is the new manager. Linda always helped us out and was quick at it, she was even flexible with some of our deposits when we moved in and gave us time to pay them rather than up front -- something most complexes do not allow. I agree with the negative parking and have noticed a lot of people switching spots which makes it real confusing and pointless. They definitely need to re-number all the spots, half of them you can't read and mark ones as simply 'guest' parking. The rent is cheap and I feel I'm getting what I pay for... if I want luxury I'll buy a house. I used to live in a gated complex in Fife (tarmigan @ wapato creek) and we had snipers come in one day because a kid had a gun & was threatening his girlfriend. No where is a safe haven.
