i have lived here for two years. The apartments are big, kind of old, they are re doing apartments making them really nice. But they are raising the rent in order to fix those apartments, a lot. Definately over pricing the old apartments. There is only good neighbors here, surprising. quiet community. Across the street the summit apts are really bad, ghetto. There are fights in the middle of the night on a nearby street. Loud cars, engines and stereos. Tires squeeling at all hours. stay in the inside of the complex. Nice staff, they send flyers once a month to remind people to pay bills on time and add un necessary rules for some kids, not many kids. Very strict on parking no guest spots all reserved they will tow your friends. but they will check with us first.
