My friends come over and are shocked, afraid for me etc... It is a good value.
You're paying less than apartments in the immediate area. The laundry rooms are big and washers /dryers usually available. There is generally parking available. I have never had a maintanance nightmare - when I have had prblems they are taken care of immediately. The neighbors are considerate and they do have a neighborhood watch / tennant association from what I hear.
The managment staff is awesome and understanding of day to day things that happen. They are a good go between for the tennants and the managment company. No pool. No hot tub. A tanning bed that is maintained regularly a work out facility that is not in such bad dissarray. A cabana that is available for tennants to use, a huge raquetball court as well as basketball and tennis courts.
It is a walk to metro stop(s),groceries, fastfood,ethnic resteraunts,a drug store, liquor store,laundry mat, starbucks,tullys' two pubs, a nail place and a lengere shop .
What more do you need'

please , stay away these apartment are old , outdated and moldy disgusting , and when I moved out they did not refund penny of my $600 dollars deposit . but they also asked me $700 more I felt they want to remodel their apartments to tenants heard many resident complaining about them. they charge some thing we are not responsible .
