Management practices are supsect and tend to be bias and vendictive. Building/apartments are old and not well kept. No amenities...exercise equiptment is old and junk, clubhouse stinks. It looks like a refugee camp with all the clothes strung across peoples balconies, bikes and toys, shoes under steps, and people cooking all types of scented food on their balconies.
Rent is too high for the quality..although the units are roomey. They should allow pet (dogs) people have them and the place looks like a cat collectors haven.

is this information shared with the property, seems to me like the need to makes alot of changes or have the health department come in and tear it down...who manages the property?

Doesn't the Carpinto Brothers own this property and the daughter or niece is managing it under the deception of Olympic Management. A friend just moved from there.
