The biggest problem this apartment complex has faced is the constant change in managers. However, the assistant manager, Suzan, sadly stays in place. Everyone I've talked to has the same opinion of this troll.
I would strongly recommend not renting a basemnt apartment, the mold problem is horrendous and presents a health hazard.
