This place was a rip-off. I had a top floor 1 bed, 1 bath. It was close to my work, and that the ONLY good part. I worked nights, so I came home a little after midnight, so there was no parking. I didn't know there weren't assigned spaces until I signed a one year lease. So I had to pay an extra $25 per month for a carport. Car prowling is a big problem. A neighbor got his wheels stolen, left his car on blocks. You don't want to have a nice car if you live here. Extremely inconsiderate neighbors is another problem. Cops were there almost every weekend shutting down partys past 3am. One guy would come home at about 2:45am during the week and do a burnout EVERY NIGHT right by my apartment. They eventually moved him. Seems to be lots of section-8 types renting. Screaming kids running around without supervision.
They renovated the office and painted all the units while I was there, but that didn't do me any good. They also got paint on my brand new truck. They told me they would put screens in the windows, but despite my begging and pleading, they refused to do that. I had to buy my own screen door for the slider.
