I have lived at the Berkeley Heights Apartments for 6 years. I have had nothing but wonderful and caring managers. I had 4 surgeries done in one year and the management and maintance staff were wonderful to me. The surroundings of the apartments are great and always kept nice and neet. We almost moved out last year for we needed a 3 bedroom ASAP so we looked around and found nothing that compairs to the Berkeley Heights so we stayed cramped for a couple of months till we could transfer and we are all so glad that we did. We love our cabana with the indoor pool and indoor basket ball court with the friendly staff. We want to thank all the staff at the Berkeley Heights for giving us a wonderful and safe place to raise our family.

"To put it bluntly" you need some physiological counseling, I have never had any problems here, and NO I don't work for Berkley Heights

I tend to agree with you, my boy friend lived at Berkley heights for 3 years, lets see the girl across the hall who had little twin girls, thinks its ok to smoke dope out in the hallway. She also thinks its ok to have men coming and going on a regular basis. what will those little girls up to be?? Like their mother! It was after we complained to management about this problem that my vehicle and my boyfriends were broken into. So much for keeping things confidential, management. Like somebody else said, Berkley heights has no more problems then anyother apartment in Kent, Gee what is happening to Kent. I blame it on the Management because if they don't make people mind the rules than everyday is one big party.

Read up DOGFACE, this site was intended for comments good/bad, it's up to the person that lived there to write their experiences. GOOD FOR YOU, you love it there, I'm happy for you, but your a little pathetic for knocking other rights to their opinion, a bit obsessive arnt ya?! A bit hard up to get the brown on your nose there huh!? This site isn't meant to bash people with their experiences, as you have clearly done to me. It's a heads up for others that look into the good/bad of moving there. So I suggest you wise up, get smart, get a clue, and go get some more surgeries for your mental retardation. OK.. PEACE

Hey Anonymous you must be the same person who???s review was titled To put it "Stupidly" bluntly, this site is merely a forum for people to complain about their own stupidly when renting and occupying an apartment. I was rather amused that you posted photos of your poor housekeeping skills for all to see. When mildew grows on the metal frame of a window or door, it is usually caused by condensation from poor ventilation by the resident, and yes I???m an expert on the issue. Additionally, people like you don???t even come close to supporting my six figure annual income; I choose to invest my assets in higher yield commodities, as apposed to buying a house, so when I choose to buy a house I will be able to pay cash, as apposed to being so stupid as to pay a company interest for a home loan. That???s not owning a home! That???s renting to own a home for 30 years. You???re the one that needs to get a REAL CLUE. Also you state "This site isn't meant to bash people with their experiences" what have you done to the staff of Berkley Heights in your review hipocrite.
