The worst apt you could find unless you like black mold!

These apt, are soooo bad they have mushrooms growing on the bottom floor apartments. The roof leaked over the winter and the management company took all the money and did none of the work. Because the rent is so low no one wants to come forward and complain for fear of retaliation, they did it to two other renters once they had problems they said it was all their fault. Even the code enforcement office knows all about the problems but nothing has been done
