Would not live here.
Owners do not comply with tenants laws and do not care.
Cockroaches and ants throughout building-has been reported.They, don't give proper notice for entry.
Shut water off-without notice-just for renovating.
Friend reported for no" permit" renovating.
Some units have Mold" issues-they just cover it up with paint.
They paint refigerators and say they are "new".
Don't, comply with City of Kent safe community laws.
Charge way too much for crummy units.
Laundry-30 units have to share 3 washers and dryers.
