	Would not live here. Owners do not comply with tenants laws and do not care. Cockroaches and ants throughout building-has been reported.They, don't give proper notice for entry. 	The property has been a good place to live for me so far. The neighbors are chill and watch out for each other, the property is small and the new owners and manager do their best to help you out. ... more

	general star review. if you NEED a place to live this is a decient starter. if you want to move to a place you WANT to live id look elsewhere.

	This complex is nice to live at. Quiet except when children outside-of course. The new owners are renovating. And, the Manager is very attentive to the tenants and the grounds.

	These apt, are soooo bad they have mushrooms growing on the bottom floor apartments. The roof leaked over the winter and the management company took all the money and did none of the work. Because the rent is so low ... more
