I am so surprised by the negative comments on here about the Brookside. I lived in the Brookside for over two years and LOVED it! The apartments were spacious and clean and always maintained. I was always amazed at how smoothly everything seemed to run while I lived in the complex. The on site Manager Katie was so efficient, and friendly. I had a couple of times when I was struggling, financially during my divorce and Katie was so compassionate towards me and my situation. She was so helpful and I really felt she cared about me and not just that I was a renter. Katie has been the manager at the Brookside for more years than I know and I think that the owners know what a gem they have in Katie. Mark, Katies husband is also always around the complex, he is the maintance guy. I never really had too many problems but if I did, he was right there ready to take care of whatever needed done. And always with a smile. I know that they have had a bad time the past year since their daughter passed away. But I know that the complex has never suffered from the trials they have been going through. I only moved out of the Brookside because I bought a home. BUT, if I knew someone looking for a great place to live I would definately refer them to Katie at the Brookside Apts.

I agree with this resident 100%. I have lived here at the Brookside Apartments for 7 years now and frankly would recommend Katie and Mark to all my friends and family, in fact, my family lives here too. Katie is professional and takes care of our problems on the same day basis and Mark takes care of us ASAP. Come on out to the Brookside you will love it.
