They say they invested $5 million into renovating the place, but my question is after that much renovation, shouldn't there be enough money to add the proper plumbing to include a washer/dryer in the apartments' After a year-and-a-half of asking when they were going to put lighting in the back of the complex near my building...they finally put one in. ONE! In the trees, nonetheless, so only about 10 square feet in the darkest part of the complex is lit up enough for a single woman to feel safe walking from her car to her apartment. My neighbors feel it their right to yell back and forth across the court when they're drunk. I fall asleep to couples fighting and babies crying at least once a week. I hear guitars playing below me until 4:00 on a Wednesday morning. I was once carrying groceries up to my apartment when some strangers approached me asking me for change because they were out of gas. When I called the management to complain, they offered no solution...except to call their 24 hour security guard who I saw sleeping in his truck. One morning, after coming home from the clubs, there was a grocery cart at the bottom of my steps! That was when I knew I had to get the hell out of here. This is absolutely the most horrendous, hilarious, disgusting place I have ever called home. -- The one thing this place has going for them is the maintenance head, Mike.
