Moved here about 8 months ago. Moving back home to another state due to recent layoff. They are quick to fix any problem and yes Mike, the head maintenance man is superb. Never had any complaints but it now seems to be going down in quality. There seems to be a growing trend that is disturbing. I have seen some new people move in that look like "ghetto" material. The security gates where a great feature when I moved in but it looks like someone crashed through it a month ago and has yet been replaced/repaired.

The rent is reasonable for the size of the apartment. Not alot of useful features. Like who needs a swimming pool when the weather stinks most of the time. The exercise room is nice but too small. The building that I live in is quiet and my immediate neighbors are nice but some of them have started to move out.

It's been nice while here even though compared to most of the US the Seattle area sucks in general. Don't know why anybody in his or her right mind would choose to live in this state. I would recommend assuming that the place does no deteriorate further
