A TENANT'S WORSE NIGHTMARE....HOME TO THUGS, DRUGS,

I lived there from August 2001 to August 2002. It was a nightmare from the time I moved in until I moved out. I am under a physicians care because of that place. 4 security companies in 1 year''' Filthy public areas - pools, tanning, laundrys. Rampant drug activity and constant disruption. Management could care less about who they move in after the lease is signed. I witnessed 5 adults and 4 small children living in a studio unit of 400 square feet....the management did nothing for months. Stray cats - management did nothing. The "security" gates constantly in disrepair. City and County and State police constantly being called in at all hours of day and night. My apartment paperwork was in someone elses name for 9 months until I called wanting to know why my smoke detectors had NEVER been fixed when I requested them to be 9 months prior. I had to call the Kent Fire Department to get them to fix them. And I have the maintenance paperwork to prove it!!! They were fixed ONLY after I had called the Fire Department. The management is grossly negligent. The screening companies are negligent. This place should be SHUT DOWN for good!!! At Christmas time the CEO of my company sent me a gift and the office finally got around to notifying me it was there in March......by then the gift was totally destroyed and my CEO was miffed because I never thanked him .... I never knew til it was too late!!!!!!! And the drug dealers and users.......selling drugs in the parking lots....people coming to my door at all hours of the night....wanting drugs....gun shots and fights......I slept in my bathtub the final 2 months I lived there. My doctor INSISTED I move out. This place needs to be INVESTIGATED AND AUDITED!!!! FAIRFIELD PROPERTIEDS SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! When I called the leasing office for their address the management HUNG UP ON ME!
