Noise polluted and high crime

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I have lived there for approximately 10 months and it has not been very pleasant. My car was broken into the second month of living there. Police cars are constantly patrolling the area. Neighbors are loud all times of day. Don't feel safe out at night on property.
