I have lived here almost 2.5 years and atfirst it was quiet and the neighbors were cool, but the noise it at an all time high at all hours, the mangement doesnt even know which liscence plates belong to which residents/apartments. They said they cant do anything if we do not notify them, but when I notify them they still dont have the access to match liscence plates to resident/apartments. I was told after leaving 6 meassages in a 2 week period that the manager was too busy to return my call. Do you know how many times I have asked for something to be done and I was told no problem' Do you know how many times I had to follow up and had absolutley no responce when I left messages' The work done by maint when the communication gets to them correctly is fine, its just that communication, call back responce is very very poor. I had to actually get the person on the phone or go find them. The noise and drug dealers are at an all time high.
