When I first moved into Centrestone apartments back in April 2002 it was a quiet nice apartment community to live in. A few months later, the apartment management decided to do a $99.00 move in special to get as much money as they can, and obviously decided to forgoe the background check on the new tenants. With the $99.00 move in special, along moved in the drug dealers, thugs, loud car stereos and inconciderate people!! I have voiced several of my concerns to the management company as they have told their tenants that if we do not report it to them, then they can not do anything about it. However, following their request has got me no where...and now I'm stuck in a lease in a complex that does not care about the safety of good tenants. As a single woman, I do not feel safe in my own apartment, I do not like to go out after dark, and sometimes not even during the day. I do NOT recommend Centrestone apartments to anyone who wishes to live in a nice caring community!!
