we have lived in two different units here. started in a studio, and then moved into a 2 bdr when the lease was up. we have had or car broken into, vandalized, loud parties at least 3 days out of the week, and then weekends. Fleas. we have had to fight fleas to no end. nothing seems to get rid of them on a permantent basis. we have fogged the apt, dusted the carpets, sprayed the carpets and everything else that may contain any fabric. they are relentless. i do have 2 cats, they are 4 years old and are not outside cats. have never had fleas before. the staff is generally nice, i have never had to call maintainance for anything, so i cant comment on that. parking is not usually an issue, except for the breakin thing. in general, if you can afford a little more money, then i would recomend going elsewhere.
