Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
Moved in under remodeling "special", paid a 99.00 deposit on the understanding that my bldg was to be remodeled in 1 yr so I would have to move at that time, or transfer to another apt. I chose to move rather than transfer, gave over 30 days notice, scrubbed my apt from floor to ceiling even tho the reason I had to leave was because of the planned renovation. They must have gotten mad because I chose to leave, because after giving my fwding address,I received a bill from a collection agency advisg I had been sent for a 70.00 cleaning fee. I disputed it & the collection agency who took my side!
