I moved in thinking that the neighboring apartments made for a nice neighborhood, that this complex would be as well. Wrong. The parking lots are ill lit, the "gated community" gate was broken 3/4 of the time, if the kids weren't too loud, the neighbor's music was. People didn't respect their neighbors, the manangement was unresponsive to any problems, and I had to wait literally MONTHS for maintenence. I haven't moved out yet, but I'm dreading what they're going to charge me. Unless you can't find anything else within you price range, don't rent here.
