Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
I lived there during their renovations process. And yes, the apartments are nicer, now. But I moved out because there were still problems they could not seem to overcome. Gang activity and lot's of it (it's documented in police reports), graffitti n newly painted walls, cars stolen and broken into, "security" gates that NEVER worked, No washers/dryers in apartments, only a filthy community laundrette. The office staff was surly and un co-operative.
