	This is a nice place to live. I lived here for the last year and 1/2 and really like it. The people who work here are really nice and they care about you as a person.

	The sense of community is great here! I know most of my neighbors and everyone gets along great here. The office staff is friendly and really works with the individual situation- not cold and strict at all... they're great people. ... more

	I have lived at the Cottonwood Apartments for about a year now and am very happy!!! The staff is friendly and knowledgable. I have referred many friends and family here and they are happy also.
